Responsive Elements not Behaving

I’m using the  “Services” module in WP-Bakery with 3 items per row and a total of 6 items.  However, when I view the page at 1024px width, the 2nd row doesn’t line up properly like the first row. Instead the 2nd item is moved over to the right causing the 6th item to fall to the next line.  Other than that everything else seems to line up correctly.

I noticed that this issue recurs if there are more rows of text in a Service element than other elements within that same row.  Truncating the text so that it has the same number of rows as the other elements in that row solves the problem.
