Rev Slider, Button Css not changing

I am trying to change the css of buttonson slider, and want to remove the white border from slider buttons and when hover over it, I want to not change the textcolor to black, just convert color of button from orange to blue on hover and text remains white.
I have tried different things but still its not changing css.
Please have a look at other buttons below slider, and help me do same for slider buttons.
