Site icon / Favicon does not work when this plugin is activated.

I have found with my site, that the sites icon, or favicon does not work and defaults to the wordpress icon when i have the templines progress loaded icon activated. I have tried different browsers and went through each plugin on my site to find the plugin affecting this this issue. Is there any work around this?
