Use one topic for one question to avoid confusion .
When we click on the “Accept” button for the cookies, a pop-up appears in our screen from a totally different website (it has nothing to do with our website). This pop-up does also appear when we click on another link in our menu. (-> screenshot 2)
After further investigation, we found out that the cause of the issue is your theme. Also we found the script for popup to be coming from the theme: https://i.imgur.com/2hCYqiH.jpg
