The Templines Progress Loader is causing the website not to display properly and the white screen. We are very familiar with WP installations and validated the PHP ini settings to be consistent with your recommendations. However, when debugging and have isolated the problem to the Templines Progress Loader Plugin the site will display, however site edit can not be saved using WPBaker. When saving, it acknowledges success and the update seems to be operating, however, non of the changes are committed.
Summary: Templines Progress Loader is causing the site not to load – White Screen. Any site edits are not being saved and committed.
Try these credentials please, as we have tested them and work fine. If these for some odd reason do not work, please give the e-mail associated so we can setup temporary login, as you suggested.

Thank you for your efforts. So we can assist, can you please indicate what your attempting to correct, as we would like to use your template, however, running out of time. Perhaps Apache variables, PHP version/ini setting, WP version etc. we are willing to help in any way. I have given you FTP access and tested its accuracy.
The template remains inoperable; both the Templines Loader Plugin is not activated and the WPBakery cannot save any page changes. We have purchased and install numerous WP Templates, and are amazed this hasn’t been correct. I thank you for your efforts, however, you need either resolve these issues today, or we will move on with another template and ask for a refund.
Sorry, but our deadline for this project is upon us and we don’t have any more time.
We are not arguing with you, it was simple, we had a deadline and with the template issues we moved to another template and finished the project. We very much like your template and thought it to be #1 for our client and so, we are going to install your template for use on another project. Once installed, I will send you access credentials.
