The Side Search Car its down to responsive mode

hello friends, in the car list part, we believe that the search bar should appear at the top in the responsive state. Currently this part is at the bottom and we believe that it is not functional, could you help me with this please?

You can specify it as the left column and it will appear earlier .

Unfortunately, we cannot change the order of the elements in the hierarchy .
