Translating problem and Top header customization

Hello,

 

I have a problem with translating my website. I am using Loco Translate to translate. The only thing I want to translate is ‘Call us’ on the top header, but it doesn’t seem to work. How can I fix this?

And I want to add custom links on the right side on the top header instead of social media links.

Is there a way for me to customize the top header?

I fixed the translation part.

About the customization:
To be more specific for example, I want to add a link like Google.com instead of the Facebook icon on the top header. How can I change that?

Hi. If you have less then 5 social icons use Google+ link first and 3 custom link+icon, else if you have more then 5 and you want to change order of social icons, you should edit template header.php beginning from the line 126.
