Two questions: change catalog url and partial payments (deposits)

Hi, I am trying to change /catalog/ URL with other keyword.

I need to partial payments to booking, like 30% of total amount. Is possible? With other plugin?

1) the Theme does not have settings for changing the directory URL or built-in taxonomies.
