Website can't show the bottom on Phone

Hello, when i’m visiting my site on my phone. I cant see the bottom, when i reach the bottom it vibrates back to about 10% up. How can i solve this?

And also another question, i got the Service Offer part on my homepage. But when i’m on my phone the user will not know that it’s a slider. Is there a option to made arrows just like the desktop version?
