It looks like your hosting is not wordpress friendly , please contact the hosting support and ask her for details . It also throw an error after updating wordpress .
I can not run or even use your software on the server hosting I have, this was only found out after you looked into it after I purchased it! My hosting can’t support your software so the goods sold to me are unfit for purpose. Please accept my request for a refund, I’m only going to purchase software from themeforest.net that will work on my hosting that offers a simple booking form.
It looks like you didn ‘t understand me , your hosting doesn ‘t even support wordpress . Just try to update it and you will see an error. You will have problems with any template purchased on the market and you need to deal with this by writing to your hosting support. Thanks
Yes, I understood, I have tried to update and can see the error this is why i contacted you straight away! the error lies with your software relying on word press, something I cant use! My hosting package is running html and php sites perfectly something that I will look for on the market going forward. I really don’t understand why you won’t give me a refund? I have a legal right to reject goods that are unfit for purpose within 30 days! it’s not even been 24 hours! and we both know i can’t use your software.
