One of my customer have bought your theme “AUTOZONE – WordPress Theme”
With another developer used the purchase code for the old domain.
I am the new developer and my customer wants to use this code for the new one domain. The old developer has sent me the backup of the domain. Also he deactivated the code from the old domain. But the new one can’t accept it.
In the forum, also don’t accept the code because “is already registered by another user”.
The period of support for your key has already ended several years ago . Please buy a new license key using the envato account to which you have access and there will be no problems in the future. Thanks
I think that the non-response of the site and the support period is 2 defferent things. I do not want support, i just want the normal functionality of my site with the licence key tha i ‘ ve bought. Why i must buy a new key to have me functionality? The licence key have expiration date?

I helped you remove the old activation , but I can’t provide help with solving technical problems because your support period is over and you need to extend it .
You can extend your support as you want I give you the right advice and you can ignore them , next any off top in this topic will be deleted .
In Admin, it says that our theme is not activated. I think this might be causing very slow loading of the page – not always, but sometimes it takes even like 15 seconds and according to console/logs, it seems like it spends 15 seconds on some page that does not exist (http://support.templines.com/keyact/ cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received)
Are you serious? I bought your product, have been using it for years, then you must have made some kind of change in your code because now it says THEME NOT ACTIVATED. That is not a problem that I have caused! I just want to have my theme activated, because I paid for it.<span data-href=”null”>null</span>
OK, so I have managed to update the template to latest version and now it is possible to activate the theme.
So I was right – the website took so long to load, because it was trying to validate the activation on some URL that you have disabled.
I’m sorry, but this is fault on your end – you shouldn’t force me into buying support because of a mistake (or a change in code) that you have created.
Anyway, my theme is now activated and working. Problem solved.
Dear Miger , updating the theme is something you should have done at the very beginning before asking me any questions. In addition , I have already given information about this many times in several posts above . I am very sorry that you ended up making me guilty because of your inattention . Thanks
