WordPress Theme translate

All our themes is localized, which means it can easily be translated to your own language(easy but quite time consuming). To translate it you need to follow these steps:

  • Install and activated Free plugin Loco Translate
  • Go into admin panel > Loco Translate > Themes > theme-name > Advanced
    and set the following values for the fields

    1. Project name: theme-name
    2. Text domain: theme-name
    3. File prefix: theme-name
    4. Template file: languages/theme-name.pot
    5. Domain path: languages
  • Go to Loco Translate > Themes > theme-name > Overview
  • Add new New language and Start translating
  • Go into admin panel > Loco Translate > Plugins > PixthemeCustom > Advanced
    and set the following values for the fields

    1. Project name: pixtheme
    2. Text domain: pixtheme
    3. File prefix: pixtheme
    4. Template file: languages/pixtheme.pot
    5. Domain path: languages
  • Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > PixthemeCustom > Overview
  • Add new New language and Start translating

Using this examples you should check and translate all plugins that are present in the template .

If you want to use several languages at the same time, install plugin Wp multilang and create the necessary languages.
